Bahia Honda

Location: Southern Soná Peninsula, Gulf of Chiriquí (Veraguas)
Size: 3,500 hectares

A pristine deep-water bay framed by rugged headlands and primary coastal forest, Bahia Honda is one of Panama’s rarest seascapes. Here, hill forests, mangroves, tidal pools, and rocky intertidal zones flow into coral systems linked to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Coiba Island an extraordinary ecological continuum ideal for science-based conservation and carefully managed eco-tourism. Elevated western slopes with a south-facing aspect offer discreet envelopes for ultra-low-impact, high-end residences designed to disappear into the canopy. Offshore, world-class diving, sailing, and big-game fishing can coexist with a restorative program of habitat protection and light-touch access. Remote by design, Bahia Honda rewards the investor who values measurable environmental outcomes alongside exceptional natural beauty.

Land Opportunity: This is not a development land, but rather a profound opportunity to participate in a legacy of conservation. Within this vast expanse of pristine rainforest and secluded coastline the critical buffer to Coiba National Park we are offering a limited number of large reserves with dedicated conservation easements and governance frameworks. This is a chance for conservation-minded individuals and families to own a personal sanctuary within a managed, protected landscape, becoming key patrons of our scientific and conservation work with the full logistical support of the Coiba Coast Alliance.

Punta Brava

Location: 4.5 km east of Santa Catalina, Veraguas (Gulf of Chiriquí
Size:  130 Hectares (321 acres)

Just east of Santa Catalina, Punta Brava is a secluded composition of private coves, a bold headland, and gently rolling ranchlands behind. The property benefits from proximity to town services and overland or sea access while preserving the feeling of an untouched coastal sanctuary. It is unique on the Coiba Coast for its combination of easy road access, nearby airstrip, oceanfront (surf) exposure and a protected side that can accommodate a small marina.

Land Opportunity: Punta Brava has the scale and privacy required for a truly visionary project.

Playa Ballena

Location: Southern Soná Peninsula, Gulf of Chiriquí (Veraguas)
Size: 349 hectares

Status:  For Sale

A complete, crescent-shaped bay, Playa Ballena is the archetype of remote Pacific Panama wild, quiet, and spectacular. Accessed by boat from the San Lorenzo side (about 30 minutes), the site invites a conservation-led approach: cluster any built program on stable, elevated ground; keep shorelines for habitat and public enjoyment; and activate nature experiences (kayaking, guided snorkeling, seasonal wildlife monitoring) that fund ongoing stewardship. Abundant water sources.

Natural assets include:

  • Two-bay system with stewardship control: A secluded secondary bay and nearshore mangroves create a naturally enclosed micro-ecosystem that’s straightforward to manage for conservation outcomes.

  • Sufficient flat land for a small landing strip.

  • Perennial freshwater source: A clean, reliable river runs through the bay, providing fresh water and supporting riparian habitat.

Whale corridor markers: Prominent rock outcrops at the bay’s mouth offer natural protection and serve as reference points during humpback migrations.

  • High marine diversity: Regular sightings of dolphins, sea turtles, and seasonal tuna and sailfish underscore the area’s blue-water potential.

  • Swimmable, culturally valued beach: A long, gentle arc of sand with high scenic appeal and community amenity value.

  • Coiba adjacency: Functionally connected to the broader Coiba marine ecosystem, enhancing both conservation significance and marketability for eco-oriented travel.

  • Terrestrial biodiversity hot spot: Rare native birds and mammals inhabit surrounding forests, adding year-round wildlife interest.

Land Opportunity: Playa Ballena offers the possibility for a model coastal sanctuary.

Playa el Banco

Location: Veraguas Pacific coast beyond Tigre Los Amarillos & San Lorenzo (Southern Soná Peninsula)
Size: Part of a 214.03-hectare cluster (Arrimadero + Playa El Banco + Gorgona–Amantes)

Status:  For Sale

Set along a sheltered Pacific bay on the southern Soná Peninsula with a nearby town, our land stitches together beaches, headlands, and mangrove forests into a single, investable conservation landscape. A masterplan would concentrate any built program on naturally stable uplands, leaving shorelines and wetlands for habitat. Low-density, passive-design architecture, rainwater capture, and solar-first microgrids would keep operating impacts and costs down. Offshore, anchorless moorings could protect seagrass and coral while elevating the guest experience with guided snorkeling, kayaking, and seasonal wildlife observation.

Land Opportunity: The bay + nearshore islands + mangroves create a classic nature-positive development canvas.
